Alison Jackson’s LAB71 SuperSix EVO
Alison will ride the fastest lightweight road bike in Cannondale’s history at Strade Bianche
March 3, 2023
At Strade Bianche on Saturday, Alison Jackson will race her LAB71 SuperSix EVO.
Perhaps it’s only fitting that she’s bringing a stunning machine to Leonardo da Vinci’s backyard for the Tuscan race. The LAB71 SuperSix EVO is designed to be Cannondale’s fastest ultralight bike ever crafted. With high performance the driving factor, this bike is ready to take on the climbs, the gravel, and the chaos of Strade Bianche.
Alison has opted to run Vision Metron 40 tubeless wheels which will help her in the inevitable crosswinds. She is pairing those with Vittoria Corsa tubeless 28c tires to take advantage of her natural speed on the asphalt. Riding an 11-30 cassette with 52/36 chainrings will allow her to spin up the climbs while still having power left in her legs to tackle the final climb up the Via Santa Caterina and into Siena’s Piazza del Campo.
Considering how beautiful Alison’s LAB71 SuperSix EVO is, it’s almost a shame to take it out on those dusty, white roads. Almost.
